PCOS
Gonadotropin Releasing Hormone (GnRH)
Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) is a hormone that helps trigger the release of other hormones, like follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone, from the pituitary gland. It is made by special neurons in the hypothalamus. When someone has PCOS, their GnRH levels change more often than usual.
