You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Condition
For health and safety reasons, only unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging can be returned. Opened or used supplements cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with photos and we will replace it or refund you in full, including any return shipping.
How to Start a Return
Email support@reekooz.com with your order number and reason. We'll send return instructions. Except for damaged/incorrect items, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the return. Original shipping (where applicable) is non-refundable.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable cancellation or consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence or under Israel's Consumer Protection Law.
