Endometrial Cancer

Endometrial cancer starts in the lining of the uterus, called the endometrium. It happens when cells grow abnormally and can spread to other parts of the body. The first sign is usually unexpected vaginal bleeding that's not part of a normal period. People with PCOS are up to five times more likely to get endometrial cancer than those without PCOS.
